"Le Nozze di Figaro" Opera Night in Philadelphia

Join the Department of Transnational Italian Studies for an opera night in Philadelphia at the Academy of Vocal Arts! The performance is especially dedicated to an audience of young professionals and will be followed by a reception. We will attend "Le Nozze di Figaro," one of the most celebrated operas composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and with a libretto in Italian written by Lorenzo Da Ponte.
"Le Nozze di Figaro" is a razor-sharp comedy of love, deception, and class conflict that still remains relevant today. It is sung in Italian with English supertitles.
